Global fees are charged for surgery as well as some fracture treatment. This fee enables the patient to be charged one fee which includes the initial treatment as well as a standard number of days for follow-up office visits. This does, however, exclude any x-rays, recasting, injections, medical supplies, or services rendered in conjunction with a complication which would be identified separately.

The variation of fees, charged for office visits and consultations are reflective of many factors. Because of the factors involved it is difficult to predict ahead of time what the actual charge will be. After the patient has been seen the fee will be assessed and the appropriate charges billed and submitted to the insurance company. If there is no insurance involved, the bill will be sent to the responsible party.

Requests for copies of medical records, including x-rays, will be provided upon request. A release of information form must accompany any such request. In some instances there will be a fee for this service which will be quoted at the time of the request.
